- RFIC Architect
Job Description:
Develop the architecture of MIMO transceivers at 5GHz, for wireless transmission of video.
The work includes:
- Derivation of the RFIC spec and the individual block specs from the marketing requirements, baseband requirements, and system constraints
- Coordination of the circuit designers to ensure that the individual blocks and the overall system meet the requirements
- Define the required digital blocks in the baseband phy
- Plan the required lab tests, set-ups and automation tools for the characterization
A future IC will include support for other communication standards in other frequency bands.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in developing RFICs
- In-depth familiarity with communication algorithms and circuitry
- Experience is developing communication systems

Research of the RF performance influence on overall system performance RF system design for OFDM 5GHz transceiver in MIMO application. Test, analysis and evaluate RF-IC. Integrate RF module with digital modem. Analysis of the OFDM signals in Matlab environment.

- Experience in standard RF measurement equipment
- Experience in board layout
